The on-site mall offers great dining options, shopping, and entertainment all in one place—perfect for a relaxed stay without needing to go far. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was consistently good. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Teresa at reception was friendly, efficient, and always willing to help—she even assisted with check-in extensions seamlessly. Special mention goes to Mr. Gan, the staff member who kindly guided us through the area when we were initially lost. His warm hospitality made a big difference and truly enhanced our experience. The overall vibe is welcoming, the location unbeatable, and the value for money outstanding. If you're visiting Wuhan with friends or traveling solo, this is definitely a top choice. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the bustling Jianghan Road Walking Street, with everything from local street food to shopping and attractions just steps away. I loved how easy it was to get around, especially using the nearby metro. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, welcoming vibe throughout. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling, ready to answer questions, and even gave me some great recommendations for nearby eats. Speaking of food, I highly recommend trying Xia’s Hot Pot, especially their Lu’s Shrimp—it’s rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Don’t miss the Little House Braised Pork Wraps either—they’re crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfect as a snack or light meal. And if you’re looking for something refreshing, the Zhen Cha House drinks are a must-try; they’re smooth, aromatic, and just right after a long day of exploring. Stayed at TULIP LODJ (Wuhan Jianghan Road Wusheng Road Subway Station) and overall, the room felt decent with modern decor and well-maintained amenities. However, a few issues did affect my comfort during the night. The air conditioning had to be set to maximum heat and fan speed—otherwise, it would automatically switch to cooling mode in the middle of the night, dropping the temperature to around 14°C, which was quite chilly. At 7 AM, I got a sudden robot delivery alert when an order was mistakenly sent to my room. Also, the LED strip behind the bed in my upper-floor room wouldn’t turn off initially—it stayed on all night, making it hard to fall asleep. A technician came later to reset the circuit and fixed it. The elevator is quite small; when checking out, I waited over 15 minutes just to squeeze in, so eventually had to take my luggage down via the emergency staircase. Even though check-out is officially at 2 PM, staff arrived at 1:30 PM knocking on the door to confirm departure, then came back twice more between 1:30 and 2 PM—felt a bit rushed and possibly due to internal communication mix-up. Despite these hiccups, the hotel’s location near Jianghan Road Metro Station makes exploring the city super convenient. It’s still a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, centrally located stay with good value.

Staying at New World Wuhan Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Wuhan Wuchang Mall and MixC, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, immaculately clean, and very well-maintained with a comfortable bed and fresh air—no musty smells at all. The staff went above and beyond: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They even helped carry luggage upon check-in and offered little welcome gifts—such a thoughtful touch! Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and top-tier service, this is it. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the elegant ambiance and exceptional service. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Ambassador, Li Shuang—she reached out via WeChat right after check-in, checking in on me with genuine care. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like staying with a friend. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—soft, clean sheets, fluffy duvets, and perfectly supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: generous variety, delicious flavors, and served in a spacious, beautifully designed dining area. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Yangtze River and facing the Yingwuzhou Bridge, perfect for evening strolls along the riverside. Plus, the fitness center is well-equipped and peaceful—ideal for a morning workout. Overall, this is a truly memorable stay, offering luxury, comfort, and thoughtful service. What stood out most was the friendly and thoughtful service from the front desk staff—they even greeted us with a fresh fruit platter upon arrival. Located just steps from Zhongnan Road Metro Station, it’s super convenient for getting around the city, and the free parking is a huge plus for travelers driving in. Even the disposable slippers were high quality, showing attention to detail. This hotel truly delivers on comfort and value—highly recommend for anyone visiting Wuhan!

Furama Shanshui Hotel

The entire experience was exceptional—from the elegant ambiance to the attentive service. The hotel boasts a private parking lot with free parking for guests, which is a huge plus for those arriving by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of Yellow Crane Tower. Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!
