Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We’re already planning to return—truly a standout experience.

Even though it's not a brand-new property, Shangri-La still delivers the reliable luxury I've come to expect. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of space—especially the executive suite, which had a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa that could easily double as a guest bed. The view from the suite was impressive, offering a great outlook over the city skyline. One of the highlights was access to the Executive Lounge. While the happy hour offerings weren’t extensive, the selection was solid—great for grabbing a bite and a drink after a long day. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, comfort, and attention to detail all reflect the high standards this hotel is known for. Definitely a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside was an absolute delight! While the 'Xuan Ying Photography Experience' wasn't available during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The complimentary minibar was fantastic—well-stocked with quality drinks and snacks, a real highlight. We used the 90% discount at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, and while the food was solid and traditional, it delivered exactly what we expected. The pool area is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that make it perfect for relaxing. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout—no issues at all. But the real showstopper? The view of the Ferris wheel at night—it’s breathtaking. The lights sparkle across the river, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. And the service? Outstanding. Manager Tian Bing was especially attentive and welcoming, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. From start to finish, this place exceeded expectations. Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins. Our room was upgraded without any extra cost, and it’s spacious, bright, and beautifully lit. Everything about this stay felt genuine and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin — I’d definitely come back.

This stay was absolutely outstanding! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient—my room was upgraded without any hassle, and check-in took less than five minutes. The room itself is spacious, around 60 square meters, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared with a welcome fruit platter and full amenities. Every detail felt cared for. Staff were attentive and always ready to help, making the entire experience seamless. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right in the heart of the shopping district with a metro station just steps away. Great for dining and exploring. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, so I slept through the whole evening without disturbance. Staying at Pu Jing Weiting Hotel was one of the best experiences I've had in Tianjin. I was initially unsure about choosing a hotel near Wudaodao—some places are old and dated, while newer ones sit right on busy streets with constant traffic noise. But this hotel completely surprised me. It's tucked away just a 6-minute walk from the main road, nestled in a quiet side street backed by large residential neighborhoods, offering peace and quiet without sacrificing convenience. Walking east from the hotel takes you to a bustling shopping area, XIAOBAILOU, Qishilin Restaurant, and a metro station—all within just 3 minutes. A short 3-minute walk further brings you to Lao Liu’s JIANBING GUOZI, a local favorite that won awards and beats even the famous Ershaozi Nanlou in taste, price, and wait time. Continue down Nanjing Road for another 6 minutes to Lai Shun Cheng, a top-tier Hui restaurant specializing in beef and mutton dishes—the quality is exceptional and it’s ranked #1 on Tianjin’s must-try list. The downstairs snack shop, Xiao Bao Li Zhi Gao, makes perfect souvenirs to take home. If you head west instead, a 6-minute stroll through Wudaodao Park leads directly into the historic district—walk along Hong Kong Road and enjoy the charming colonial architecture at your own pace. Inside the hotel, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed: the ground-floor gym has all the essentials for stretching and light workouts. The room itself is spotless, modern, and full of smart touches—large-screen TV, automated toilet curtains, AI assistant (Xiao Du), and a cozy little tea corner with a table and cushion by the window. Best of all? The price is comparable to a budget chain like Home Inn, but the comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail are far beyond expectations. This is hands down the most thoughtful, clean, and value-packed stay I’ve had in Tianjin. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Yue Hotel (Tianjin Haiguang Temple)

I stayed at Yue Hotel and was truly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, with a fresh and tidy feel the moment I walked in. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—no noise disturbance at all, even though it's near the Haiguang Temple metro station. That’s rare for a city location! The neighborhood is convenient for exploring Tianjin’s main attractions, and everything from dining to shopping is just a short walk away. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Tianjin.

Eye View Apartment (Tianjin Eye)

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect—right on the riverfront with a direct view of the Tianjin Eye and the stunning night lights along the Haihe River. Walking out the door, you're right at the dock, making it super easy to explore by boat or just enjoy the riverside atmosphere. The unit itself is spotless, modern, and well-maintained—everything feels brand new. Even the toilet seat cover was freshly replaced, which shows real attention to detail. The underfloor heating is fantastic, especially on chilly days; when I opened the window in the sun, I could actually see the warm air rising—a little cozy moment I’ll remember. The staff, particularly the young guy who helped us, went above and beyond—he guided us to parking, gave great local tips, and even arranged an electric scooter for our convenience. It felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin.
