After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. Amigo Sleeping Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

We booked a standard double room but were pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff upgraded us to a family suite—our first time staying with our baby, and it made all the difference. Holiday Inn Express Shenzhen North Station

After our trip to Qingyuan, we returned to this hotel—once again, it didn’t disappoint. My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is elegant and peaceful, and the room was spotless with all the essentials—clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Located just steps away from Shenzhen North Station, it’s super convenient for travel, with great access to public transit, shopping malls, and a wide variety of dining options. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—offering both Western and Chinese dishes, fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be back. Bonus points for the laundry facility on the 6th floor and the fully equipped fitness center on the 8th floor—perfect for staying active during my trip. Highly recommend this place!

Orange Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

This was my second stay at Orange Hotel Shenzhen North Station, and once again I’m thoroughly impressed. We arrived late last night with no advance booking—just a quick last-minute reservation. When we got there, all the twin rooms were taken, so we were upgraded to a king-size room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a business king room, which came with an extra two-seater sofa and coffee table—perfect for snacking at night. Dinner was delivered straight to our door by the hotel’s robot delivery service. It was seamless and surprisingly convenient. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying—just enough to start the day right. Everything about this stay was spot-on. If I ever pass through this area again, I’ll definitely be back here.

Fancy Hotel (Shenzhen Bantian, Guangyayuan Subway Station)
