On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. Everything was spotlessly clean, and despite being in the heart of Beijing, the rooms were remarkably quiet and peaceful, offering a true escape from the city buzz. The staff went above and beyond with their service—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was generous and delicious, though some of the condiments could have had clearer labeling for guests. Overall, ending the year at a hotel that carries the name 'China' felt symbolic and fitting. A memorable stay from start to finish.
