They even upgraded us to a spacious one-bedroom suite at no extra cost, which made our stay so much more comfortable, especially with family. Room facilities were modern and well-maintained, with complimentary fruits and refreshments provided daily. The atmosphere is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. Breakfast options were decent, but could be improved with more fresh-made noodles, rice noodles, or wonton soup. Also, the air conditioning didn’t have a heating function, so it felt chilly during colder hours—just something to note if visiting in winter. Overall, though, the location, comfort, and service made this stay highly enjoyable. Definitely planning to return!

Everything I needed was there—clean linens, modern amenities, and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The staff, especially front desk agent Wang Huan, went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service—always ready to help, and even offered to deliver breakfast to my room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was a great mix of Chinese and Western options, plentiful and delicious. I also loved that the lobby has a Starbucks—perfect for starting the day with a coffee. Located right on Huangpu Avenue, the hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around town, with easy access to subway lines and nearby attractions. It’s hard to beat such a great location, excellent service, and outstanding value. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this gem!
