Everything you’d want—restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and retail—is within easy reach. The city’s accessibility features are impressive too; the bridge has smooth, well-maintained elevators, which makes navigating with luggage or mobility aids much easier. That said, there’s no direct elevator from the second floor of the train station to the boarding area, so you’ll need to take a longer route—something to keep in mind if you’re rushing to catch a train. I’d recommend allowing extra time just to be safe. Overall, the location is unbeatable, and the hotel offers solid value for money. Perfect for business travelers or anyone looking to minimize transit stress.

My business trip stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel features a charming European-inspired design with spacious, well-ventilated rooms that made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional cleanliness—so spotless that even someone with a mild obsession for hygiene like me couldn’t find a single flaw. The breakfast buffet was impressive: fresh noodles, steamed dumplings, porridge, and more—all prepared on-site with great care and flavor. I was also impressed by the convenient location—just a short ride to West Lake and the city center, making it easy to explore. Public transportation is nearby, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. The bed is huge—yes, that little doll in the photo is mine, and it looked adorable just lying there. I’ll definitely be booking here again the next time I visit Hangzhou!

Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. I especially appreciated the breakfast staff; when I arrived around 10:30 AM, slightly late, the kind lady not only welcomed me but also went out of her way to prepare fresh eggs and yogurt just for me. That small gesture made my day! Though I forgot to take photos, the warm hospitality truly stood out. Location-wise, it's just a 1-kilometer walk to Zhejiang Museum and about 3.5 km from West Lake scenic area—super convenient for exploring on foot or by metro. Great value, excellent service, and a highly recommended stay!

The location is incredibly convenient, right on a major road with easy access to the subway station nearby—perfect for getting around Hangzhou. Parking spots in front of the hotel are limited, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and offered to reimburse parking fees if we parked at a nearby lot (even though I ended up parking right at the entrance, they still honored the promise). That kind of customer care really stood out. The room we were assigned was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice layout—comfortable and quiet. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear the team values guest experience, and with such a great price-to-quality ratio, I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Hangzhou.
