Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. Minya Hotel

Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.

Honestly, I was blown away! We originally booked just one night, but after checking in, we extended for two more nights—so much so that we ended up staying five nights total. The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief! I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk staff, Rora and Amy, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling and going the extra mile. Breakfast was a highlight: an impressive variety of both Western and Chinese options, all made with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. I couldn’t decide what to try first—it felt like a feast! The hotel is perfectly located just steps from shopping districts and major attractions, and public transportation is super convenient. The overall ambiance is serene and elegant, with a high-end lobby design that sets the tone for a peaceful, luxurious stay. It’s clear this place cares about guest experience at every level. A truly memorable stay—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Chengdu Runbang International Hotel (Jinsha Museum Yipintianxia Double Subway Station)

I absolutely loved my stay at Chengdu Runbang International Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from two subway stations, making it super easy to explore Jinsha Museum and Yipintianxia. The hotel has a charming vintage-style design with modern amenities throughout, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was the exceptional service—when we accidentally forgot to request chopsticks with our takeout, I called the front desk and within minutes, staff member Xiao Wang personally delivered them. Such attention to detail made a huge difference. The overall experience was seamless, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu. It’s a fantastic value and definitely worth staying again.

Staying at Trikatsang International Hotel in Chengdu was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff, Xiao Cao and Xiao Song, were professional and efficient during check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free. Our room was incredibly quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The robot delivery service for food and essentials was a fun and convenient touch—really added to the modern, high-tech vibe. Everything about this hotel felt premium: the service, the cleanliness, the comfort, and even the attention to detail. It’s rare to find such a great balance of luxury and value. I’d definitely book here again—highly recommend!
