Staying at Lido Serviced Residence (Fangyuan West Road Branch) in Beijing was an absolutely fantastic experience, especially during a four-day period when my child was taking exams. Although the check-in location is separate from the serviced apartment building, it didn’t cause any inconvenience at all—parking was super easy, either at Lido Plaza or nearby paid lots. The apartment building has on-site staff available 24/7, which added great peace of mind. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, gas stove, and full kitchenware—perfect for preparing simple meals, which was a big plus while managing a busy schedule. I especially appreciated the thoughtful service from team members like Shen Yuezhen, Zhu Yinxian, and Man Yun. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even remembering we had a young one traveling with us. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. This place offers excellent value and comfort—definitely planning to return.

Taxis to major attractions in central Beijing take no more than 30 minutes—truly convenient. The three-bedroom suite we booked feels just like a home, with a layout that mirrors a typical apartment. It’s ideal for families, making us feel right at ease. Everything was spotless—the bathrooms, kitchen, and even the balcony, which made hanging out laundry super easy. One bathroom features a bathtub, while the other has a smart bidet shower, both adding great comfort. Elevators arrived promptly, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist, and the housekeeping team was warm and welcoming. For takeaway orders, there's a well-organized locker system on the ground floor—easy access, no hassle. Overall, if I’m visiting Beijing again with my family and need space for everyone, this is definitely my top pick. Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed—highly recommend!
