The room itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the yacht marina—perfect for capturing some great shots. While the front desk is located on the 30th floor, all guest rooms are on floors below, making access easy and convenient. Service was professional and efficient, meeting all expectations without any surprises. Plus, there are plenty of nearby convenience stores, so everything you need is just a short walk away. This was the perfect stay for our family of four! The bathroom is thoughtfully separated with dedicated washing and shower areas, and there are two sinks plus a separate shower stall and bathtub—so convenient and clean. We had two double beds, which made sleeping comfortable for both my kids (elementary and middle school age) and us adults. Despite the split-level layout, the bedroom ceiling height is generous—my husband is 178 cm tall, and he didn’t feel cramped at all. The ocean view from the window is breathtaking; just sitting on the sofa and gazing out at the sea was incredibly relaxing. It truly felt like a mini escape. I can’t wait to come back here on our next trip to Busan!

The hotel isn’t brand new, but it’s incredibly well-maintained and spotlessly clean—definitely meeting five-star standards. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like the small step stool for kids, which made things much easier during our stay. The floors were cleaned thoroughly with no lingering chemical or unpleasant odors—just a fresh, clean scent. Every detail shows care and attention to hygiene. Despite its age, the property feels modern and comfortable. Great value, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

They even assisted us with arranging a taxi to another area, which was super convenient. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with a bathroom that felt like a luxury retreat—complete with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The only minor downside was the lack of a door at the outer edge of the bathroom; there was only a partition between the wet zone and the toilet area, and the toilet area had a slight odor in the morning. However, this didn’t detract much from the overall excellent stay. There’s a convenience store nearby for essentials, and while it’s a bit of a walk from Haeundae’s bustling area, public transport makes getting there easy. For comfort, service, and value, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
