This stay was absolutely excellent—definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in recent years. The staff were incredibly responsive; just a quick call or message to reception and anything you need arrived promptly, which made everything so convenient. The room itself was spacious—way bigger than expected for the price—and that’s a huge win for value. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful—they even gave me some great local tips on where to eat and what to see nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I’d definitely recommend it and will be booking again on my next trip to Suzhou.

Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient to get around, especially heading to Jinji Lake scenic area. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, making dining easy and affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, offering useful tips about the area. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the attention to detail really stood out. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Suzhou—highly recommend!

A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice. Maoyuan Qiluo Pushi Apartment Hotel

This place has consistently exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Xiawu Metro Station, making transit super convenient. If you're driving, parking is completely free, which is a huge plus for families. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. I originally booked a twin bed room, but when I arrived, the front desk noticed we were a larger group and upgraded us to a two-bedroom unit at no extra cost—such a thoughtful touch! Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Even better, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of sour plum juice—small gesture, big impact. From start to finish, this stay was flawless. Definitely coming back.
