Gustavo joined us too — warm, fun, and full of insider knowledge. They made us feel like family. The property is secure, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. You come here as a guest… and leave as a friend. If you’re visiting Mazatlán, this is the only place to stay.

When we brought it up again to the front desk, the response was simply, ‘OK, we’ll make a report.’ No apology, no follow-up, not even a gesture of goodwill. In the end, we were offered a free beer—nothing more. While the hotel’s location and overall vibe are strong, the lack of maintenance support and poor communication left a bad taste.
