The living area is spacious and open, with three well-sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV—plus four TVs total across the space, including one in the main lounge. There are three bathrooms: one shared between two bedrooms (with a large shower, double sink, and excellent natural light), one in the living area, and another inside a bedroom featuring a powerful jetted tub and full shower setup. Mirrors are thoughtfully placed in all bathrooms, though not in the bedrooms—no big deal. Towels were plentiful, clean, and of high quality. Outside, the private pool and hot tub are fantastic, complete with loungers where you can relax under the sun. A shaded pavilion with tables and chairs is ideal for outdoor dining or grilling. The design truly stands out—it’s both functional and artistic, with clever details like a bathroom entrance hidden behind a row of wardrobe doors, a stylish clock and sound system in the living room, and rotating dining chairs that look wooden but are actually very practical. The bathtub has a small step for easy access, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms doesn’t blow directly onto the bed—such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. The only minor issues were slightly inconvenient transportation (Grab rides took time to arrive), a fussy manual door lock (we ended up using just the smart lock), and a tiny leak from the kettle—none of which affected our stay. Overall, my family and I were completely satisfied. If we ever return to Pattaya, this villa will be our top pick without hesitation.
