Our room was on the 8th floor with brand-new renovations; I assumed it was recently updated, but was surprised to learn it was renovated back in 2017—yet it looked flawless, which speaks volumes about their maintenance and attention to detail. The hallway carried a subtle, pleasant fragrance that added to the refined atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from West Lake, and cycling to Hulin Silver Tower takes only minutes—perfect for exploring the city. A special thank you to Manager Lulu at breakfast for her thoughtful care toward our child, and to room attendant Xiao Yu for the sweet little welcome gift.
