The front desk team—He and Lu were calm and professional, while Xiao Zhang and Xiao Feng made me feel right at home with their bright smiles and efficient check-in. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch.
