Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to get around via metro or taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent cleanliness throughout. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions like East Lake and Happy Valley—just a short walk or quick ride away. It’s also very convenient if you’re traveling with kids; the atmosphere feels safe and family-friendly. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.
