Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel

Staying at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and perfectly positioned for exploring downtown Nagoya and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk team—the smiles were genuine, and every question was answered with warmth and patience. During check-in, we chatted briefly about recent visitor trends, and it was touching to hear how much they miss the Chinese travelers; it’s a reminder of how travel brings people together. While there’s a small inconvenience—like needing to cross the street to reach the nearest convenience store—it’s a minor trade-off for such a well-located, high-quality stay. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere make this hotel a top choice for any traveler visiting Nagoya.

Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower

Staying at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern design and excellent service. The best part? The hotel is directly connected to the subway station—just one stop gets you to Nagoya Station, making travel around the city incredibly convenient. All facilities are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast spread offered a nice mix of Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya.

The Strings Hotel Nagoya

The lobby of The Strings Hotel Nagoya is absolutely stunning—elegant, spacious, and full of character. From the moment you step in, you can tell it’s a special place. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. While the room is on the smaller side, it’s perfectly designed with high-quality furnishings and everything you need. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch of the complimentary facial mask and skincare set—such a nice surprise! I used the mask right after arriving, and my skin felt instantly smoother and more radiant. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, style, and value. This hotel delivers beyond expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Nagoya.

Richmond Hotel Nagoya Shinkansen-Guchi

Staying at the Richmond Hotel Nagoya Shinkansen-Guchi was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful—always smiling, answering questions promptly, and even assisting with luggage storage without hesitation. I appreciated that the on-site restaurant offered free genmaicha (brown rice tea) until 8 PM, which was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to the JR station, just steps away from a convenience store and a must-try local favorite: a famous Nagoya-style chicken wing restaurant. Shopping malls and major attractions are all within easy reach, making it simple to get around by train or foot. And the breakfast? A standout! They served delicious unagi rice, rich in flavor and generous in portion. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed. I stayed here during my last visit to Nagoya and I’m definitely coming back. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Meitetsu bus station and very close to the Meitetsu line heading to the airport, making travel super convenient. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including both Western and Japanese-style dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for travelers who value convenience and comfort without breaking the bank. Staying at Comfort Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was compact but functional, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom—much larger than what you’d typically find in Japanese hotels. Free coffee and tea were available until midnight, which was a nice touch for late-night travelers. The hotel’s name is clearly visible from afar, making it easy to spot even from a distance. Breakfast is a highlight—arrive early to avoid the lines, especially on weekends, as it gets quite busy. Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier

I came back to the hotel after check-out and was warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately reminded me that my luggage had already been brought up to the room. Even more thoughtful, they found and returned a bracelet I’d accidentally left behind—such a kind gesture! This time, my room had a different view, but the layout and furnishings remained exactly as I remembered from my previous stay—comfortable and elegant. I still enjoy my daily visit to the on-site bathhouse, which is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Nagoya. The sunset at 4:30 PM was absolutely stunning—captured it for you all!

Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel (JR-Central Hotels)

Staying right above Nagoya Station was an absolute game-changer. The hotel is seamlessly connected to JR, Meitetsu, Kintetsu lines, plus local subway and bus stops—getting anywhere in the city or even to the airport or Legoland was effortless. Yes, the room rate is on the higher side, but the convenience made it worth every penny. We were on the 22nd floor facing west, so we could hear trains occasionally passing below—but honestly, it didn’t disturb sleep at all. The surrounding area is packed with options: Takashimaya department store, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants—you can grab everything within steps. The room itself isn’t huge, but the view from the upper floor is unbeatable, especially at night when the city lights sparkle across the skyline. Daily cleaning was thorough, staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like quality toiletries and skincare sets. The bathroom was spacious with a relaxing bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the combination of location, comfort, and service made this stay truly memorable.

Vessel Hotel Campana Nagoya

Staying at this hotel after experiencing Tokyo’s high accommodation prices was such a pleasant surprise—way better than expected! If I’d known how great it was, I would’ve taken the Shinkansen in the evening and stayed an extra night just to save money. The location is actually very convenient: about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which might seem like a bit of a trek at first, but once you’re familiar with the route, it feels effortless. Right next to the station is the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Store, where you’ll find several well-known local restaurants on the 9th floor—great for dinner, though be prepared to wait in line. The hotel itself has a stylish design that feels like a solid 4-star experience. Staff are warm and welcoming, greeting guests upon arrival and departure, and they even offer a little welcome gift. Free coffee and drinks are available throughout the day, there's a microwave for guest use, and the included bathhouse is a real plus—though we arrived too late and tired to make use of it (definitely next time!). There’s also an air purifier in the room, which adds to the comfort. Overall, the value here is outstanding. A top pick if you're visiting Nagoya!

Meitetsu Grand Hotel

The location of Meitetsu Grand Hotel is absolutely fantastic—getting around by train, bus, or even on foot is incredibly convenient. The hotel’s private elevator leads directly to the B1 level, where you’ll find HARBS bakery right next to the takeout counter, and just a short walk away is a bustling department store food court and direct access to the underground shopping complex. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing—some noise from the hallway could be heard, but it didn’t bother us much. The lighting in the room had a slightly yellowish tone, which made the space feel a bit dim, but again, that’s a minor issue when you consider how central and well-connected the hotel is. For travelers who value convenience and easy access to dining and shopping, this place is a real winner. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nagoya.
