Jiangsu Hotel

Located right near the Convention Center, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk or quick subway ride away from major attractions. I booked a small suite that was spacious and well-maintained, with sparkling clean floors and everything you’d need in terms of amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. Breakfast options were decent but nothing extraordinary—standard for a 3-star hotel. Still, the quality was consistent, and the convenience of having a meal on-site added to the comfort. With great location, clean rooms, reliable service, and easy access to transport and dining, this stay was definitely worth it. I’d happily recommend it and would book again on my next visit.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
