Everything about this place feels intentional and special. It’s an ideal spot for family getaways or relaxing trips with friends. We couldn’t recommend it more highly. Had an amazing stay at Siente Tulum! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Tulum Ruins and the national park, with collectivo shuttles stopping right outside the property. That made getting around super easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The food was fresh and well-prepared, though a bit more variety would’ve been nice—still, it’s a solid all-inclusive experience for the price. A couple of minor issues: our door (room 319) didn’t latch securely unless slammed shut, and we had a brief water pressure issue one night, but the team responded quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes. Despite those small hiccups, the overall vibe, comfort, and hospitality really shine through. This place has real potential, and I’d definitely come back again.

Plus, the free bicycles provided for visiting the nearby ruins were a game-changer—no extra costs or hassle with transportation, just pure convenience. We've stayed at Azul Tulum by GuruHotel three times now with my family, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The manager and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. While there was no one physically at the front desk during nighttime hours, we knew someone was always on duty—this actually gave us more confidence in the property's operations. The service felt reliable and well-managed, and the price point was completely fair for what we received. We never had any issues, and it’s exactly the kind of quiet, authentic retreat we love. I’ll definitely be back soon!
Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa
The resort overall was an excellent experience—beautiful setting, great location, and friendly staff. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Several restaurants only opened on a rotating basis, with just two available daily, so we couldn’t try all the dining options. That said, it’s disappointing for a property of this caliber. More concerning was the cleanliness issue near our room—guests from the adjacent unit kept ordering meals, and leftover food was left in the hallway for days. A fork remained on the stairs for four full days with no one picking it up. The poolside snack bar served burgers and light bites for one day but was completely closed for two others while we were at the pool. Instead of service, we found scattered food remnants where birds were feeding, and no staff appeared to clean up. Only late in the afternoon did someone show up to collect the trash—but they didn’t even wipe down the counters or clean the grills. These lapses are hard to overlook for a resort that markets itself as top-tier. Despite these shortcomings, the rest of the stay was fantastic. With tighter operational oversight, this place could easily be flawless.

This hotel is absolutely charming—feels like a peaceful little oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the ADO bus station and right in the heart of Tulum’s vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was thoughtfully equipped with a comfy bed, ample space for luggage, a small table with chairs, a mini kitchenette, a smart TV, reliable hot water, air conditioning, and free filtered water. The manager, Guillermo, went above and beyond—he took time to help me check bus and train schedules, even stored some of my belongings while I visited another city for a few days before returning for my last night in Tulum. I also loved the on-site café; the coffee was rich and aromatic, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. This place truly stood out for its warmth, convenience, and attention to detail. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.
