Her classes—Yin Yoga with Tibetan singing bowls, slow flow, and abs/glutes sessions—were deeply transformative. She gives her all with a rare blend of physical precision and spiritual presence; you don’t often meet someone so authentically connected to their practice. The yoga and massage pavilion is intimate, beautifully designed, and feels almost magical. The rooms themselves were another highlight—plush beds, charming little decks, and the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor showers. I loved the overall atmosphere and sense of space in each room. The food was delicious too, though the background music occasionally clashed with the peaceful vibe. Still, it’s great that Kai Tulum is right next to Ikal, creating a seamless, complementary experience. This place offers something special—a quiet retreat where nature, wellness, and comfort come together effortlessly.
