This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. I booked through a travel platform and completed payment, only to be told I couldn't access the property unless I had a RedDoorz reservation—no clear communication about this upfront. When my flight got canceled, I tried calling multiple times for assistance, but never got a response. The lack of support during a stressful situation was unacceptable. Despite being near the beach, the overall condition, cleanliness, and service were extremely poor. It’s not worth even one night. I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Henann Prime Beach Resort

The hotel is absolutely fantastic—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the beach. After breakfast, I could just step straight into the sea, which was incredibly convenient. The view is stunning, especially since it's on S1 Beach, which is much quieter than Dmall with far fewer crowds. The sand is soft and luxurious, and you can even spot fish while snorkeling right off the shore. Unfortunately, I happened to arrive during Typhoon Fengshen, and the hotel experienced flooding in the middle of the night. Since I was staying in a ground-floor room with direct pool access, it was a bit scary at first. But the staff responded quickly and arranged transportation to Henann Park without delay. Their prompt support turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable situation. Despite the unexpected storm, the hotel’s care and professionalism made a lasting impression. It’s clear they prioritize guest safety and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful, well-located beach retreat.
