Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

That said, there were a few issues that stood out. There were several mosquitoes in the room—very annoying—and I found a curled hair on the toilet seat, which raised some hygiene concerns. The soundproofing is seriously poor; I could hear people singing clearly at 1:30 AM, and even catch snippets of conversations from neighboring rooms. It made for a less-than-ideal night’s sleep. However, the front desk staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent Chinese, which made communication easy. Despite the drawbacks, their service really lifted the experience. If you're not too picky about room condition and noise levels, this hotel offers good value for money. I’d consider returning.
