From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the service stood out—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Special shoutout to Jenny from the front desk team; her personalized care made the whole experience feel more like staying with friends than a hotel visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with excellent sound insulation so I could sleep peacefully.
