The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Freshness was evident in every bite, truly tasting like it came straight from the ocean. The pool area is serene and well-maintained, and the fitness center has modern equipment—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Located just steps away from public transit, getting around the city was a breeze. This hotel delivers on comfort, service, and value. If I’m ever back in Qingdao, this will be my first choice again. Special thanks to Erin and Daniel at the front desk—when they found out I’m a regular guest, they warmly upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, with vibrant cityscapes stretching across the skyline. The room itself is much more spacious than the standard option, making the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything is within easy reach. Whether you’re heading to shopping areas, tourist spots, or local restaurants, it’s just a short walk or quick ride away. And the breakfast? Simply outstanding. There’s an impressive variety: fresh Chinese options like steamed buns, congee, and hot stir-fries, plus classic Western choices such as croissants, coffee, and salads. Everything is made with care, using high-quality ingredients, and tastes fantastic every morning. From the personal touch of the staff to the unbeatable convenience and delicious food, this hotel truly delivers on every level. If I ever come back to Qingdao, there’s no way I’d stay anywhere else.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a great sense of openness—so comfortable and relaxing! What stood out most was how close it was to popular attractions like the Beer Museum and Yinyu Lane. A short taxi ride or easy subway access made exploring the city super convenient. I was originally booked into another hotel that unexpectedly closed, but the platform kindly upgraded me to this one—what a delightful surprise! The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the value for money was outstanding. If you're visiting Qingdao, this is definitely a top choice. I’d happily stay here again.

This hotel truly lives up to its 'clean freak' reputation—the attention to hygiene is impressive, even the cups are sealed in plastic. The staff went above and beyond with warm, thoughtful service; I ended up wanting to stay put for the entire two days. My room had two windows, offering excellent natural light and airflow—so refreshing. I grabbed two Americano coffees from the lobby bar, and was pleasantly surprised by how rich and bold they were. Even though I arrived early, they managed to check me in ahead of schedule. Plus, my child was gifted a complimentary breakfast—such a sweet touch. This place feels like a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be back.

I've stayed at this hotel twice during previous business trips to Qingdao, and now that I've retired and moved here permanently, I decided to bring two families for New Year's celebration. We booked three rooms, with one additional room arranged over the phone—unexpectedly upgraded to a suite! My newlyweds niece and her husband were absolutely thrilled. The original plan was to enjoy the famous buffet, but unfortunately all tables were fully booked when we tried to reserve—proof of just how popular it is! When we reserved a private dining room on the third floor, only a large 6-person space remained. Shortly after, Xiao Wei (Tán Wěi) kindly informed me that a smaller room had opened up—another delightful surprise. Huge thanks to Xiao Wei for her proactive hospitality! And special recognition to Han Xin Zhu, who provided dedicated service throughout our stay. Her warm smile, genuine care, and attention to every detail truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed like family. This was not just a comfortable stay—it was a genuinely relaxing and memorable experience. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to any out-of-town relatives or friends visiting Qingdao. The only minor note is that there was a tiny stain on the bedsheet, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the great experience. Also, if booking a family room for three guests, having an extra set of disposable amenities would be helpful. Despite those small points, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way—excellent service, great value, and a comfortable stay. Definitely planning to return.

Everything was spotlessly clean, with no corner overlooked, and all amenities, including a full-sized washer, were thoughtfully provided—perfect for longer stays. A little surprise treat: homemade egg rolls delivered with kindness, which added such a sweet touch. Located right on Hong Kong Middle Road in Shibei District, it’s super convenient for exploring the city, whether by subway or on foot. The 24/7 front desk is responsive and helpful whenever needed. This stay exceeded every expectation—I’d happily book again next time I visit Qingdao. Highly recommended!
