The room was spotless and bright, with a comfortable mattress and soft bedding that made me sleep through the night—something rare for me since I usually wake up easily. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, answering every question with genuine care. She shared some local gems—hidden food spots only locals know about—and trust me, those little restaurants were amazing: authentic flavors, generous portions, and super affordable. Everything in the room was thoughtfully provided, including disposable toilet seat covers. Hot water flowed strong and steady, and the Wi-Fi was lightning fast. For this price, the quality and comfort are absolutely outstanding. I’m already planning my next trip just to stay here again. Crowne Plaza Suzhou

One of the most beautiful family-friendly five-star hotels right by Jinji Lake—truly a standout! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, even surprising our little one with a sweet welcome gift. The buffet was fantastic—so many delicious options, and dining while watching the lake's fountain show at night was an absolute treat, especially during the Christmas season. The grand Christmas tree in the lobby added such a magical atmosphere. Our kids loved the kids' play area so much they didn’t want to leave! Everything from check-in to checkout felt seamless and joyful. If you're visiting Suzhou with family, this is definitely the top pick—no second thoughts needed!
