Walking into the room was an instant delight. Cissy Jiang had hand-drawn a sweet little illustration of Chiqui Titi with a warm, heartfelt note—far from a standard welcome card. It felt personal, meaningful, and full of care. Nemo from housekeeping also contributed to the room’s thoughtful touches, with small but intentional details that showed real attention to detail.
