Xiaolu Chenke Resort Hotel (Sanya Youth Song Square)

I originally canceled my booking but decided to rebook—so glad I did! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a refreshing sense of hygiene that really stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. While it’s not fancy or luxurious, it’s cozy, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. Free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. Right downstairs, there's a lively street food alley where I enjoyed some delicious local snacks and soaked up the authentic vibe. It’s also just a short walk to Sanya Bay, perfect for a quick dip in the ocean. I had such a great time here that I’m definitely considering coming back next visit. A truly memorable stay!

Getting around to other attractions in Sanya Bay is super convenient, with buses stopping right nearby. I didn’t have to worry about transportation at all. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their service made a huge difference in my stay. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a smart dry-wet separation design that added both comfort and practicality. Everything felt clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. From start to finish, this was a top-tier experience. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Sanya.

Also, the front desk staff member named Moli was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. The hotel’s ambiance, cleanliness, and overall hospitality truly make it worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend this gem to anyone visiting Sanya, and I’m already planning to come back.

The location is fantastic: just a short walk from the metro station and right in the heart of the shopping district, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and daily errands. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and Abby, our front desk staff, went above and beyond with her warm, friendly service—always ready to help with any questions or requests. I stayed on the 13th floor, and the view was breathtaking: wide-open sea vistas mixed with the city skyline, especially stunning at sunrise. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean—no lingering odors whatsoever. The bedding felt luxurious and soft, and I slept like a baby thanks to excellent soundproofing that kept out all outside noise. Every amenity was well-maintained, and attention to hygiene details was impressive—from the quality of toiletries to the spotless bathrooms. With such great value, this hotel works perfectly for both business trips and leisure travel. Our trip across China ended in Hainan, and we chose the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay as our final stop—what a perfect choice. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from the Ramada to a family suite, and we’re especially grateful to our dedicated concierge, Joan Chen, whose warm care and thoughtful attention made our stay even more memorable. The hotel truly reflects the brand’s signature elegance. The room view is stunning—same breathtaking sea and pool vistas as the standard rooms—but our upgraded suite featured a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the pool below. The family room itself was impressively large, spotlessly clean with no overlooked corners. With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, it was incredibly convenient for a multi-generational family visit. Staff service stood out across the board—everyone, from housekeeping to gardeners, was courteous and professional. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both extensive and high-quality, offering a wide variety of dishes that would take days to fully explore. Public restrooms were immaculately maintained. One highlight: the lifeguard at the pool noticed our young kids and immediately offered free swim rings—such a sweet gesture. The outdoor buffet area was lively with live acoustic music, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A few suggestions for improvement: afternoon tea desserts were identical to breakfast pastries—consider rotating the selection to avoid feeling like leftover items. Also, airport shuttle service had gaps (e.g., after 5 PM), likely due to driver rest periods—adding a second driver on rotation could ensure coverage throughout the day. Lastly, while the outdoor hot tub on the balcony was lovely, there was no privacy screening, so guests had to use it while wearing swimwear, which slightly reduced the experience. Despite these minor points, this hotel delivers a truly welcoming, relaxing stay. We felt at home every single day. If we ever return to Sanya, we’ll definitely choose Ramada Plaza again—thank you, Joan, for making us feel special.

Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

What truly stands out? Four distinct pools, including a heated one and a dedicated adult pool—perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim. Plus, the private underground passage leading directly to the beach is a game-changer; no need to walk in the sun or through crowded areas. Elevators are conveniently placed throughout, making access easy for elderly guests and kids alike. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back.

The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to attractions and a peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort and convenience in one. I especially want to thank Front Desk Manager Xiao Wang for the excellent room assignment and warm hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

Staying in the honeymoon suite on the 7th floor was such a delightful surprise—corner room with multiple windows and a spacious balcony that flooded the space with natural light. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

Sanya Conifer Resort

Our little star, Baby Bear, absolutely fell in love with Sanya the moment we arrived! As a Black Diamond Partner, I can confidently say the resort’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking—endless blue sky meeting endless sea, truly unmatched. I’ve been here before three years ago and still remember the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop with its panoramic ocean view. This time around, as soon as we checked in, we headed straight up to the rooftop pool—just like old times. The view? Pure magic. It’s exactly what you imagine when you think of 'living by the sea.' Our entire stay was taken care of by Zoe, who was attentive, warm, and always ready to help. But it wasn’t just her—every department we interacted with, from housekeeping and front desk to concierge, pool staff, photography team, and even maintenance (if I missed anyone, my apologies!), made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. And then there’s the food—especially the local Hou’an noodles. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked—this dish deserves to be a signature on the menu. From the views to the service to the food, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and authenticity. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Ocean Sonic Resort Sanya was an absolute highlight of my trip to Sanya. The Southeast Asian-inspired design stands out—simple yet elegant, with warm wooden details that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room layout is spacious and well-thought-out, and the lush interior gardens add a peaceful touch. Just steps away from the road, you're right on the beachfront along Sanya Bay Road—perfect for morning walks or sunset views. The staff are genuinely attentive and proactive in their service, especially Xiao Li, the concierge who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From helpful recommendations to personal touches, she truly made a difference. There are plenty of amenities on-site, and getting around is super convenient. For the quality, location, and value, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sanya—highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.
