The room was spotless, well-maintained, and came with all the essentials—especially loved having a mini-fridge stocked with drinks. What really stood out was the housekeeping staff on the 7th floor, Ms. Zhang Juhong. She’s incredibly attentive, always smiling, and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Her dedication and warmth made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast on the second floor is also fantastic—plenty of variety, from fresh pastries and hot porridge to fruit platters and local favorites. It’s a great way to start the day. During our four-night stay, housekeeping came by daily with fresh towels and clean supplies. They even noticed our clothes piled up and left laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch. On Mid-Autumn Festival evening, we returned to our room to find mooncakes waiting for us—so sweet and unexpected! This small gesture made the whole trip feel special.
