I actually wanted to take them home! The amenities were thoughtful and luxurious without feeling over-the-top. The coffee in the morning was excellent—rich, aromatic, and exactly what I needed to kickstart the day. This hotel truly delivers beyond expectations. Staying at Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre was an absolute highlight of my trip—far beyond what I expected, and definitely deserving of a perfect 10/10. The location is unbeatable: just steps away from Nanping Street, shopping plazas, and some of the city’s best local eats. I didn’t need a car or even a long ride anywhere—everything was walkable or just a short ride away. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the service stood out—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Special shoutout to Jenny from the front desk team; her personalized care made the whole experience feel more like staying with friends than a hotel visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with excellent sound insulation so I could sleep peacefully. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or family travel, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and value in spades. I’ll be back without hesitation.
