We stayed here for four nights, and every moment felt seamless and enjoyable. When they got tired, we were back in the room within minutes—no need to rush or deal with long commutes. Plus, it's incredibly close to Central Street; walking there takes less than five minutes, perfect for exploring local night markets and trying authentic Harbin snacks. There’s an amazing variety of dining options nearby, making mealtime stress-free even with little ones. The rooms are spacious and bright, giving kids plenty of room to run around safely. Inside, the heating system works so well that you forget it’s freezing outside—perfect for winter visits. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just steps from Metro Line 2, making trips to the Ice and Snow World only 3 stops away, while Central Street and Red Star Market are within walking distance. There’s no shortage of local eats nearby—great barbecue spots and traditional “pig slaughter” dishes for hungry travelers. Bonus: the key card can be duplicated, which is super convenient for late-night returns. Service is a bit routine—understandable given the high foot traffic in this commercial area—but could use a little more warmth and personal touch. Mansion 1903 Hotel

Staying at this beautifully designed Russian-style hotel was a dream come true. Breakfast included turkey, and the kids were thrilled with their little snowman gifts. Our room was on the second floor with a small balcony—such a thoughtful touch! The kids could play in the snow outside, then quickly warm up inside when needed. The heating was spot-on, but what truly warmed our hearts was the genuine hospitality from front desk staff Zhang Mingxu—so attentive and friendly, it made us feel instantly at home. After learning we’d braved the cold the day before, he personally handed us cozy hand warmers and heated insoles. We wore them that night and were amazed by how much warmer and more comfortable we felt. Breakfast was an absolute surprise—the dining supervisor, Auntie Huang, even brought a 3D-printed yogurt for our little one with a smile, saying, 'A great day starts with a delicious breakfast.' The staff radiated genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel like we were being greeted by friends from beautiful Northeast China. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was smooth and memorable. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin.

New Paris Hotel

Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything from fresh pastries and local specialties to international favorites—was both delicious and well-presented. Afternoon tea was equally impressive, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared treats. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.

What truly stood out, though, was the personal touch from Manager Zhang in the lobby. He went above and beyond with warm, genuine hospitality—from offering local tips to helping with luggage and even checking on my comfort throughout the day. His attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest, not just another booking. This experience completely redefined what I thought a hotel could offer. If you're visiting Harbin, this is hands down one of the best choices for quality, service, and value. I’ll definitely be returning.
