Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—plenty of fresh options including local pastries, fruits, and rich coffee that really hit the spot. I especially appreciated how close it was to the subway station; getting around Munich was so convenient, whether heading into the city center or exploring nearby attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making evenings easy and enjoyable. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully curated—great value, excellent location, and warm hospitality. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Motel One München-Parkstadt Schwabing

We arrived late at the hotel due to unexpected Munich U-Bahn service disruptions, but the staff were incredibly accommodating by providing an accessible room without hesitation. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. The room itself was simple yet spotlessly clean, embodying the classic German hotel standard: no frills, just quality and functionality. What truly stood out was the breakfast on the ground floor—it was generous, diverse, and full of fresh options. Even though our travel plans were thrown off, the hotel made up for it with excellent service and comfort. A great stay overall, and I’d definitely book here again when visiting Munich.

Hotel Königstein

Staying at Hotel Königstein was a great experience, especially for business travelers. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk or quick subway ride to BMW headquarters, making it ideal for work-related trips. While the hotel doesn’t provide electric kettles or hot water dispensers, which might be a small drawback for guests who enjoy brewing tea, the overall comfort and service more than make up for it. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a well-located setting really stand out. If you're in Munich for business, this is a smart choice with excellent value.

Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor - a Concept by Hyatt

Staying at Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor was an absolute highlight of my trip to Munich. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Dietlindenstraße U-Bahn station, making it super easy to explore the city, whether you're heading to the Olympic Park, BMW Museum, or Marienplatz. From the moment I walked in, the design felt authentically Munich—modern yet deeply rooted in local culture, with subtle touches like the Saint Charles apothecary products in the bathroom that made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly special. I booked a standard king room (38 sqm), which felt spacious and thoughtfully laid out, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows offering serene views of the greenery outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower area—featuring a large walk-in setup—was a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Dining-wise, The Lonely Broccoli is a must-visit. As Munich’s first modern meat-focused restaurant, it delivers on every level. I highly recommend the Wagyu Beef Burger with brioche bun, onion jam, bacon, and cheddar—it’s rich, juicy, and perfectly balanced. The Jamaican-style poussin was another standout, with bold Caribbean spices that really stood out. For sides, the truffle fries and truffled mashed potatoes were luxurious and aromatic, while the lonely broccoli with smoked almond sauce added a quirky but delicious twist. And don’t miss the rooftop bar, M’uniqo—perched at the highest point in Munich, it offers panoramic views of the city and even the distant Alps. Sipping a cocktail there at sunset was pure magic. The spa is also impressive—the largest wellness center in Munich—with six private treatment rooms, a glass-walled indoor pool, a sun deck, and a fully equipped fitness area. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers exceptional comfort, style, and service. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Timehouse

I always stay here whenever I visit Munich, and it never disappoints. The room is spacious and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. What I love most is the small kitchenette; it’s great for preparing simple meals or snacks without having to go out every time. The underground parking is a huge plus, only 20€ per day—very reasonable for city-center access. Plus, there are several convenience stores nearby like Lidl, ED, DM, and Apotheke, so everything you need is just a short walk away.
