Not only was she patient and attentive, she proactively noted my request as 'priority assignment to quiet floor.' Less than ten minutes later, she called back to confirm everything was sorted—such speed and genuine care really hit the mark. When I arrived for check-in, the experience just kept getting better. Blueberry not only handled everything quickly but also gave me helpful tips: 'The Wi-Fi password is posted by the bed,' and 'Take the elevator, turn left after exiting.' When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water—this wasn’t just service; it felt like being treated like a friend. And the hotel itself?
