I especially want to thank front desk staff Xiao Yang for her warm hospitality and helpfulness—she went above and beyond to assist me with travel tips and recommendations, and her friendly demeanor really made the visit memorable. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall service quality are top-notch. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort, and I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Harbin. Stayed here for two nights and couldn’t be happier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet—great soundproofing made for a peaceful night’s sleep. After visiting the snow village, I immediately chose to come back to this hotel because both my kids loved it. There was plenty of room for our outdoor gear, with dedicated storage space so nothing took over the room. The staff, especially Xiao Huang and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s clear they care about guest experience. This is definitely a top pick for me now, and I’ll absolutely recommend it to friends. A fantastic stay overall!

This was my second visit to Harbin, and staying at HJJLAN Hotel (Harbin University of Technology) made a huge difference compared to my previous trip. Our room was surprisingly spacious with a comfortable layout, offering great value for the price. Breakfast options were limited but covered the basics: fresh bread, eggs, porridge, fruit, and coffee—enough to start the day right. What stood out most was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful, even offering local tips and directions. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a 10–15 minute walk or short ride to Central Street, the Songhua River, and Harbin Railway Station. Everything I wanted to see was within easy reach. The overall experience was seamless and highly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to Harbin—highly recommend!
