The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

The front desk staff, Eunice, kindly upgraded my room without any hassle, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Pearl River and the glittering city skyline at night—truly unforgettable. My personal assistant, Sophia, went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday cake and a heartfelt welcome card in advance—such a sweet surprise! Chris from room service was incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Amelia made check-in smooth and personalized, showing genuine care and attention to detail. Every touchpoint felt thoughtfully curated, making this stay feel truly special. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to choice whenever I return to Guangzhou, and I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.
