The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially Rita, the on-duty manager, who gave us great recommendations for authentic restaurants in nearby Shuhe Ancient Town. Breakfast was a highlight: seated with panoramic views of the mountains, the buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, including freshly made egg waffles that were absolutely delicious. Complimentary coffee or tea was available throughout the meal, and they even served a warm pear soup afterward—such a thoughtful touch.
