I’d recommend asking the front desk specifically for a room with floor-to-ceiling windows since some of the bay windows tend to let in drafts, making it chilly at night. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from shopping malls and only about 10 minutes by taxi to West Lake. That said, the breakfast area is quite small and gets packed early; we couldn’t find a seat even though we arrived around 8 AM. Food options were average too—nothing special. We ended up eating outside instead, which turned out to be a better choice. Despite that, the overall experience was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good value for money. Definitely worth considering for a family visit to Hangzhou.

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be adding a small trash bin near the sink and more power outlets by the bed for convenience.
