The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a surprisingly fresh feel despite the hotel’s age; it’s clear they’ve put effort into keeping things modern and comfortable. The fitness center has a great variety of equipment, and I never had to wait—huge plus after a long day. The laundry room was also efficient, no lines at all. What really stood out was the view from the window—beautiful cityscape that made mornings even better. Location-wise, it’s literally steps from the subway station, making airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions super easy on foot. The only minor downside is that laundry assistance isn’t available, but every other need I had was promptly addressed. Overall, an excellent stay with great value—definitely my top pick for next time in Shenyang.

We’ve been coming back to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints. With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

The hotel offers both underground and surface parking, which made arriving and leaving stress-free, especially with luggage. Housekeeping, particularly Yang Jie, was warm and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with delicious options, and I must mention the signature cookies they serve at check-in—they’re soft, slightly sweet, and just perfect with coffee. It was absolutely picture-perfect. Upon check-in, staff warmly handed us personalized lucky bags and sweets—a small but thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with soft, comfortable bedding and a handwritten New Year’s greeting tucked beside the bed—so many little details that showed real care. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the shopping district—and returning in the evening, we joined fun interactive activities in the lobby, adding to the holiday spirit. The front desk is open 24/7, so help is always nearby if needed. Downstairs, Zhongjie Street offers endless options for eating, drinking, and exploring. Bonus: the free afternoon tea (13:00–15:00) features freshly brewed coffee and light snacks—perfect for a midday break. As a guest, I also enjoyed exclusive 20% off at Yitian Holiday Food Plaza.
