Ocean Hotel Shanghai

We booked three rooms for our family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond—our rooms were upgraded for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds and pillows provided exceptional comfort, making for a restful night’s sleep. One minor issue was that the fabric sofa in the room looked a bit worn and needed cleaning. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff seemed slightly impatient when helping with a light fixture issue, but this didn’t overshadow the great service we received elsewhere. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. We loved how close the hotel is to the metro station—just a short walk away—and right across the street is a large shopping mall, perfect for dining and browsing. Staying at the Atour Hotel in North Bund was a fantastic choice for my trip to Shanghai. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Raffle Mall and easily accessible via subway, making it convenient for exploring the area.
