The neighborhood is quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given how central it is. Check-in was quick and friendly, and what really stood out? When I mentioned it was a special occasion, they upgraded my room at no extra cost and even left a little treat on the desk—such a thoughtful touch! The room itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day—and I slept like a baby all night. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-organized, with strong water pressure and instant hot water. On top of that, the hotel offers free minibars, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fantastic breakfast spread with both local and Western options—delicious and varied. The fitness center is well-equipped too. Stayed here with a friend and absolutely loved it! The apartment is well-equipped and super comfortable—complete with a laundry machine, drying rack, kitchenette, and microwave. White Swan Hotel

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Asia International Hotel. I arrived in a bit of a panic because I was short 40 RMB for a long and tiring taxi ride, but the concierge, Ricky, stepped out to cover the difference from his own pocket—something that truly doesn’t happen anywhere else. After getting some Chinese yuan exchanged, I was able to repay him right away. The entire staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. Even though I only stayed one night, the breakfast experience on the 45th floor was unforgettable—vast, delicious, and served with a stunning 360-degree view of Guangzhou.
