The front desk team—He and Lu were calm and professional, while Xiao Zhang and Xiao Feng made me feel right at home with their bright smiles and efficient check-in. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. Every interaction felt personal, authentic, and full of care. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience filled with kindness and comfort. The hotel's location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Wuhan, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Wuhan.

The location is absolutely perfect—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient to get around the city. We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit. The on-site restaurant is clean, with fresh and tasty food—breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service and even upgraded my room at no extra cost—a nice surprise! The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to get around via metro or taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. Located right on Li Huangpi Road, the hotel is steps away from the bustling Jianghan Pedestrian Street—perfect for dining, shopping, and soaking in the local vibe. Just across the street is Dongting Gate of Hankou Riverside, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Jianghan Customs Museum, historic buildings, and charming old neighborhoods such as Bagong House and Xian'anfang. Don’t miss out on iconic local eateries like De Hua Lou and Cai Lin Ji—great food within walking distance. The room itself isn’t huge, but the open-air balcony offers a fantastic view of the night skyline and a glimpse of the Yangtze River. The bedding and amenities are comfortable and well-maintained. For the location and overall experience, this is definitely one of the best value-for-money boutique hotels in the area.

The front desk staff were incredibly prompt and friendly, verifying my reservation instantly. The location is fantastic—right next to a metro station and shopping mall, making commuting, dining, and exploring super convenient. My room was clean, well-sized, and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel offers great amenities: a laundry room, fitness center, dryer, and even an ironing board with a steamer—so practical for business travelers. The robot delivery service was a fun touch, adding a bit of futuristic charm. Breakfast was a highlight—authentic Wuhan beef noodles and reba (hot dry noodles), both delicious and satisfying. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a highlight of the stay. The only minor issue was the heating system in the air conditioning; even on cool mode, it blew out warm air, making it uncomfortably hot at night. I ended up turning it off completely, but still felt warm. A small adjustment to the temperature settings would make a big difference. That said, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to Tiandi and Lihuangpi Road, both full of charm and great for exploring. There’s a well-equipped wardrobe and laundry bag, making travel prep hassle-free. Cleanliness is outstanding — the room was spotless, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The location is fantastic too; it’s right next to a green park, so opening the window brings in fresh air and lush views of nature — perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The service truly stood out: the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and offered a complimentary room upgrade based on my preferences. They even surprised me with a little gift! Lidun Huaju Hotel (Wuhan Hankou Riverside Jiefang Park Road)

Hot water came on instantly, which made my morning shower a real pleasure. Everything I needed was available, from toiletries to amenities, and the breakfast spread was generous with a nice mix of local and Western options—tasty and satisfying. Special shoutout to Xiao Cai, the front desk staff, who was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Her warmth truly made the stay feel personal. This hotel offers excellent value and service.
