This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the subway station, making travel around Shenyang super convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding something to eat or grab essentials was effortless. The room was spotless—every corner felt fresh and clean. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, with just the right firmness in the mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, noise from outside was almost nonexistent, and I slept soundly through the night. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful—check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they even shared some great local tips on hidden gems and must-try food spots. Everything in the room was well-maintained: hot water came instantly, the air conditioning ran quietly, and the Wi-Fi was blazing fast. It’s rare to find such a high-quality experience at this price point. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Shenyang.

Lavande Hotel

Staying at Lavande Hotel in Shenyang's Zhongjie area was a great choice. The hotel is walking distance to Zhongjie shopping district and many nearby attractions—perfect for exploring on foot. Just note that parking isn’t allowed in the alley beside the hotel, as they issue tickets if you try. We ended up using the underground parking lot at the adjacent hospital, which was convenient enough despite the short walk back. Overall, the location is unbeatable, and the hotel’s proximity to everything makes it ideal for travelers who want to maximize their time sightseeing without worrying about transport. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay.

The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom. The bedding felt like sinking into a cloud—so soft and comfortable. Soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard anything through the walls, which made for a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom is smartly designed with a dry/wet separation, hot water flows strong and stays perfectly balanced. Even the sink area was free of water marks—impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, homemade wontons that tasted incredible, and the cook actually noticed I liked them so she added an extra bowl on her own. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. Every detail reflects genuine care. This place delivers outstanding value—definitely my go-to choice for future visits to Shenyang, and I’ve already recommended it to friends.

This hotel is an absolute gem with incredible value for money—definitely a 5-star experience! The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable, while the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable—no buffering during streaming or browsing. Located just steps from the subway station, getting around Shenyang is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping options nearby, making daily errands or exploring easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. From check-in to check-out, every moment felt smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t find a single downside—this was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in a long time!

New World Shenyang Hotel

We recently stayed at New World Shenyang Hotel as a family, and honestly, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service felt personal and thoughtful. At check-in, the front desk staff were warm and professional—when they learned we were traveling with elderly family members, they kindly upgraded us to a scenic view room without hesitation. It was such a surprise and truly made our stay more special, especially for our elders who rarely splurge on upgrades. What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to every single team member for making us feel valued. Truly exceptional.

Shangri-La Shenyang

My stay at Shangri-La Shenyang was absolutely delightful. The hotel ambiance is clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed—every detail contributes to a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of travel or meetings. A special thank you to Selina Gao Yisuo from Guest Relations—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. From check-in to every little request, she responded promptly and with genuine care. She even surprised me with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture! The cake was delicious, beautifully presented, and truly made my day extra special. The location is excellent, just steps away from transit and local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. This experience has definitely earned my full recommendation. I’ll be back.
