We stayed here for four nights, and every moment felt seamless and enjoyable. The location is unbeatable: just across the street from the Songhua River, so we could easily take our kids for a stroll along the waterfront at sunset or sunrise. When they got tired, we were back in the room within minutes—no need to rush or deal with long commutes. Plus, it's incredibly close to Central Street; walking there takes less than five minutes, perfect for exploring local night markets and trying authentic Harbin snacks. There’s an amazing variety of dining options nearby, making mealtime stress-free even with little ones. The rooms are spacious and bright, giving kids plenty of room to run around safely. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with luggage or recommendations. Breakfast was excellent too, featuring traditional Chinese pastries and fresh fruit. After four nights, I can confidently say this hotel delivers exceptional value in every aspect: convenience, comfort, and care. If I ever come back to Harbin, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

New Paris Hotel

Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything from fresh pastries and local specialties to international favorites—was both delicious and well-presented. Afternoon tea was equally impressive, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared treats. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.
