The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. What really impressed me was the staff, especially the employee working on the 13th floor—extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful. They went out of their way to print documents for me and answered all my questions with genuine care. The service, cleanliness, and convenience all score top marks.
