I had a great first visit to Agra and stayed at Capital O 4012 Hotel Agra Cantt, and while the hotel itself scored only 3 out of 5 for me, the staff experience was truly outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. What really stood out was Mr. Akram, one of the hotel attendants — incredibly honest and dedicated. I accidentally left behind a brand-new pair of expensive shoes when checking out, and by the time I realized it, I was already back in Delhi. I called the hotel, and to my surprise, Mr. Akram personally went through the records, checked the lost-and-found, and managed to locate my shoes! It was such a relief and incredibly thoughtful. His effort made a huge difference and turned a small oversight into a memorable highlight. That said, the bathroom facilities and water quality weren’t up to standard, which is why I can’t give the hotel a higher rating. Still, if you're visiting Agra, this place offers solid value, especially with staff like Akram who go above and beyond. Definitely worth considering.
