Special shoutout to Amy during check-out; she was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth. And bonus: the street-side dan dan noodles just outside the hotel? The dining area was kept immaculate, especially thanks to a hardworking male staff member who never stopped helping guests while maintaining a warm attitude. I also appreciated the self-service laundry facilities—efficient and well-maintained, perfect for quick turnaround during a busy trip.
