The staff went above and beyond: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They even helped carry luggage upon check-in and offered little welcome gifts—such a thoughtful touch! Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the elegant ambiance and exceptional service. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Ambassador, Li Shuang—she reached out via WeChat right after check-in, checking in on me with genuine care. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like staying with a friend. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—soft, clean sheets, fluffy duvets, and perfectly supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: generous variety, delicious flavors, and served in a spacious, beautifully designed dining area. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Yangtze River and facing the Yingwuzhou Bridge, perfect for evening strolls along the riverside. Plus, the fitness center is well-equipped and peaceful—ideal for a morning workout. Overall, this is a truly memorable stay, offering luxury, comfort, and thoughtful service.
