The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right next to K11 Ocean World, where you can enjoy shopping, art installations, and stunning waterfront views. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll or catching that golden hour shot — seriously Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, with a great bed that ensured a restful night.
