The staff were proactive even before check-in, reaching out to ask about our preferences, and continued checking in throughout our stay—very attentive without being intrusive. From front desk to concierge, everyone responded quickly and warmly. We tried the yakitori dinner at Yiba and breakfast, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. Despite the surprisingly long corridors in the guest rooms—some of us joked we’d need a map to find our way back—the overall experience was outstanding. The dishes were beautifully presented, clearly crafted with care and attention to detail, just like what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Our servers were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. The minibar was well-stocked with plenty of options: sparkling water, Cha Time tea drinks, and beer—perfect for a relaxed evening. We also received complimentary lounge drink vouchers from the group, which allowed us to enjoy a simple Americano or green tea in the lobby bar. Fresh welcome fruits upon arrival added a nice touch. The only minor downside was that the pool wasn’t open on Wednesday, but overall, the ambiance is modern, clean, and inviting. Located close to downtown, it’s super convenient for getting around—just a short ride to West Lake and the bustling Hulbin pedestrian street. Excellent service, great value, and a memorable stay. The new room was spotless, modern, and had an amazing mattress that’s perfect for deep sleep. The breakfast was outstanding too—especially the little wontons, which were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.
