The suite itself is perfect for groups: a spacious four-bedroom, one-living-room layout comfortably fit all seven of us. Each room is bright and airy, with crisp cotton bedding that made for a restful night after long days of sessions. High-speed Wi-Fi kept everyone connected without lag, even during group video calls, and the fully equipped kitchen—including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine—made self-catering a breeze. Hot water runs 24/7, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and hair dryers were appreciated. But the real highlight? The sea view. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Olympic Sailing Center—just relaxing by the window, watching the waves roll in, instantly calms the mind. The location is super easy to find, right near Badaguan Scenic Area. After a relaxing afternoon stroll around the area, you can simply head back to the hotel—perfect for a seamless day trip. If you're driving, the dedicated parking lot is a real game-changer; no stress hunting for a spot. The apartment sits right by the sea, and even on a cloudy morning, the misty coastal breeze gives it a peaceful, almost dreamy vibe. While we didn’t catch the sunrise, the atmosphere was still incredibly serene and beautiful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. Waking up early lets you enjoy a quiet walk nearby, soaking in the fresh air and calm surroundings. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability—highly recommended for travelers who want a laid-back seaside escape.

Qingdao Sky Villa Hotel (May Fourth Square)

The hallway and bathroom could use a little update, but the room itself was spotless—so clean that even with my usual pickiness about hygiene, I felt completely at ease. The bedding was exceptionally clean and super comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Best of all, the view from the window is fantastic—overlooking May Fourth Square with great cityscape views during the day and beautiful lights at night. It’s such a pleasant place to stay, especially considering how well-priced it is. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Jinhua house Sea View B & B (Qingdao May 4th Square store)

The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and came with brand-new, single-use toiletries—very thoughtful and hygienic. The host was incredibly responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I especially loved spending an evening walking along the waterfront, enjoying the cool breeze and the gentle waves. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience—I’d definitely come back again.
