Stayed at NOA Hotel Shenzhen Luohu and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. While it's located in Luohu, which is a bit removed from the city center, getting around via metro is super convenient. What stood out was the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel—minimalist American-inspired design with a modern vibe, clean spaces, and great attention to detail. The only minor downside is that soundproofing isn’t perfect, but considering the price point (under $100 USD for a weekend stay), this is totally forgivable. I especially enjoyed the in-house craft beer brand, 'Beijing Robot,' available at the lobby bar—unique, well-crafted, and a real highlight. For a boutique-style hotel with such strong value and character, this place really delivers. Definitely worth a return visit.

Adding a bedside lamp would make a big difference for nighttime comfort. Also, there was some noise from the solar backup generator on the upper floor, which vibrated and made a slight hum—though it stopped when turned off. I’d suggest upgrading or relocating the unit to minimize disturbance. Overall, this is a well-run, cozy hotel with excellent value. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. When I mentioned that my large Labubu birthday cake wouldn’t fit in the room fridge, Manager Jack at the front desk immediately offered a solution—he had a larger staff-only fridge available to store the cake safely until after dinner. He personally ensured it was stored properly, which showed real care and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was impressive—fresh, diverse, and delicious.
