We arrived in Hangzhou a bit late after a long day of sightseeing, and to our delight, the hotel upgraded us from a single room to a double room at no extra cost—what a nice surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome right away. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Located just minutes from West Lake and Wulin Square, it’s perfect for exploring the city center on foot or by subway. Great dining options nearby too. If you're visiting Hangzhou, this is definitely a top choice—excellent value, great location, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

Staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. While weekend rates were slightly higher than weekday ones, the overall value was excellent. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, and within easy reach of major attractions like Wulin Square and the beautiful West Lake area. A quick stroll takes you to Silk City, perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite. The neighborhood is full of everyday amenities: a traditional Chinese pharmacy, a specialized orthopedic clinic, a post office, and more—all within walking distance. This hotel truly offers comfort, convenience, and great local access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I’ll be back if I ever return.
